Retail-J is implemented and supported by specialised dealers and partners with a proven track record of successfully delivering retail solutions. In the UK these are Capgemini, Paul Mason Consulting, RBS Retail and Wincor Nixdorf, giving retailers a choice in the type of organisation and delivery model they wish to work with. We are actively seeking partners in France, Germany, the USA and Far East.

To qualify as a partner, an organisation must fulfil a number of essential criteria including depth of resource in the following areas: application specialists, technical architects, project managers, systems engineers and support technicians – as well as having a sophisticated support and maintenance infrastructure.

Partner relationships commence with a training package given to application specialists, technical architects, systems engineers and support technicians. Retail-J partners are also given the ability to integrate, support and sometimes enhance Retail-J applications.
